These edible rose petals make a big visual impact on a dish!  They are most popular in Persian cuisine.  They can be used in rice dishes or with couscous, in stews and soups, infused in lemonade, brewed into tea or boiled down with sugar and cardamon for flavorful candy or jam.  Rose petals work well in combination with desserts, ice cream and fruit especially apples, apricots, cherries, peaches, pears, plums, raspberries, and strawberries.
