Don't know what to make for dinner?  How about chicken?  Try this flavorful rub to roast, grill or fry and you will be pleased with how easy and how delicious it is!  It's as simle to use as it's name.  Hungry Gene recommends using 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of chicken. You can always add more if you want more flavor.You can even use it on roasted potatotoes or root vegetables to serve with the chicken.  Mix it with tahini sauce and lemon for a dip with chips or veggies.  Thin that out to make a vibrant and rich salad dressing.
