Dried Dill Weed is very versatile and can be used to improve the flavor in a variety of different foods. Dill is probably best known in the US for its use in pickle seasoning.  It can, however, be combined with melted butter for added flavor to vegetables like corn on the cob, or aded to three-bean and potato salads or even salad dressings.  You can add it to soups (both hot and cold like Gazpacho for example) and sauces (like cocktail sauce for shrimp and seafood).  Dill is excellent on fish, crab, and lobster. Dill can also be used in dips made from yogurt, sour cream or mayonnaise.  If you really want to use dill for pickling try Hungry Gene's Pickling Spice.  If you just want the whole seed, try Hungry Gene's whole Dill Seed.
