This is a tasty blend of a variety of chile flavors: the dark chocolate of anchos, the fruity lift of guajillo, and the pleasant, smoky spike of chipotle, mixed in with an aromatic base of garlic, lemony thyme and the citrusy pepper of Mexican oregano. Nutty sesame seeds add a fun crunch.  There are bright pops of salt tht enhance all of the flavors. 


This blend is perfect for roasted or sautéd vegetables like eggplant, cauliflower, broccoli, corn on the cob, brussels sprouts, carrots, and parsnips. Put it on baked potatoes or sprinkle it over French fries! You can also use it on roasted or grilled tomatoes or in tomato sauce. Even though we call this a vegetable seasoning, this blend is delicious on meat - it's great for beef fajitas and equally great on grilled or roasted chicken breasts.  If you're looking for a twist on some breakfast, sprinkle this blend on your avocado toast or smear some into cream cheese for your bagel.
