This seafood blend is fragrant and warm with roasted garlic and sweet onion accompanied by celery seed, paprika, black pepper, dill, lemon, and pasley.   The flavor lingers giving your seafood a graceful fragrance.  This blend as fantastic on just about anything that comes out of the water. Add to the steaming liquid for mussels for a rich broth or to the breading for fried calamari.  Mix it into crab salad. Toss it over shrimp and grill. It's fantastic on salmon!  It can be used in chowders and seafood  risotto.  And yes, it's even great on chicken - especially when sautéed with peppers and onions or in cacciatore over pasta. Stir into rice and serve with garlic chicken. You can even mix with red wine vinegar and oil for a zesty vinaigrette.
