QUICK N' EASY EGG SALAD
Sometimes you just gotta have some egg salad. This is not just any egg salad - this is egg salad with a North Woods twist. This recipe embellishes on a classic favorite with the addition of Hungry Gene's North Woods Style Cottage Cheese Seasoning. Once you've tried this version, there's no going back!

8 large eggs
1/2 small-medium onion (can use any variety - red, white, yellow), finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Hungry Gene North Woods Inn Style Cottage Cheese Seasoning (can add more to taste)
Let the seasoning unfold for a while... an hour or so before eating. Garnish with chopped tomato and parsley or add a dash of Hungry Gene Garlic Cilantro Balsamic Hot Sauce to kick it up a notch!
Add eggs to a large saucepan and fill with cold water. Bring the water to a boil for 10-12 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. You can also run cold water over the eggs to cool them a little faster.
Once the eggs have cooled, peel and chop them and put into medium sized bowl. Add the rest of your ingredients and blend evenly. Spread on your favorite bread or your favorite crackers.
